SHIPPING
please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
if there is a delay or problem with shipping, on our end, you will be updated via email.
however, we are not held responsible for any problems that occur with your order, once it has left our possession — although, we will try our best to help rectify the issue.
we are not held responsible for any incorrect information entered when ordering, so please make sure you double check your details.
UK:
tracked delivery — £5 [approx. 2-4 working days]
EUROPE:
tracked delivery — £15 [approx. 3-6 working days]
INTERNATIONAL:
tracked delivery — £23 [approx. 6-9 working days]
please note shipping prices are based off one 'abāya/jilbāb order.
the prices tend to increase or decrease based on the weight of your order — this will be calculated at the checkout.
although most of our customers receive their orders on time, please allow an extra 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. we appreciate it may be frustrating to wait, however, most delivery companies do tend to experience a few delays from
time to time.
we are not responsible for any custom holds or delays. customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any import/custom charges. we strongly recommend to research the customs policies for your country of residence before ordering.
RETURNS
all sales are final.
please review your order carefully before making final purchase.
we do not allow returns or exchanges, unless it's business error or the item has a fault.
if you wish to discuss this further, then please contact us.
we do not accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given, or the recipient has missed the delivery. should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect, or has missed delivery, we will do our best to track it down — but no refund will be given unless/until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable.
in cases where carriers charge for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the fee will be passed onto the original card holder. currently this charge is up to £25.
if the postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund [excluding delivery charges & handling fees]. if you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order.
a package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.
